The UT Master Beef Certification Program will be presented by the Polk County UT TSU Extension Office in February. Topics will include Heifer Replacement, Animal Health, Forage Management, Farm Management and other industry topics. Classes will be held on Feb. 8th, 22nd, 29th, and Mar. 7 from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Benton.
