4/12 Easter Sunday – It Has NOT Been Canceled – Church Services are Essential

Regardless of COVID-19 scares and shutdowns and government regulations, Sunday April 12 is still Easter.  Let’s remember it.

The following is a statement from Polk County Executive Mr. Robby Hatcher:

“I’ve had several calls and messages in regards to church services, so I’ll share what has been shared with me. Church services are essential, but church congregations must abide by the 10 people or less and social distancing orders per Governor Lee. A lot of pastors have chosen to do “drive-in” services where everyone stays in their vehicle, and I highly recommend this if you are planning to gather as a church. However you choose to worship, please be prayerful for those affected by the virus, as well as our local, state, and national leaders. I pray that God bless you, and God bless Polk County.”
