TWRA boater education class May 4, 2024 at 9:00am at the Polk County Justice Center in Benton. Must register at tnwildlife.org (boater education- Cumberland Plateau testing locations- Polk County) Must also be at least 12 years old to test, and must have a type 600 permit (available at any license agent, online, or on the TWRA on the go app)

A Boating Safety Education Certificate is required for TN residents born after January 1, 1989 to operate a boat with an engine of 8.5 horsepower or greater.
Register for the upcoming TWRA Boater Education Class Saturday, May 4th at 9:00 a.m. at the Polk County Justice Center in Benton, TN. (164 Industrial Access Circle, Benton, TN 37307)
