Volunteer Energy Cooperative will be providing three presentations for “Electric Safety & Awareness”. The focus and goals are to provide and inform Law Enforcement, Fire/Rescue, Road/Highway Departments, as well as the public, of the dangers and “best practices” related to overhead and underground electric utilities in emergency situations.
Attendees are asked to park away from the front parking lot, driveway, and entrances while attending this training. There is no charge/fee with this training.
Seating will be limited to approximately 50 attendees per session. If an organization bringing a department, please provide the approximate number for each session to ahood@vec.org. Sessions will be:
9am-11am
1pm-3pm
6pm-8pm
