3/22 Nature Journaling Hiwassee Ocoee State Park Delano, TN

10 AM – 12 PM
Nature is often subtle and reveals her mysteries to those who take the time to notice. Nature Journaling is a great way to find inspiration in the world around you and to develop both your observation and documentation skills. Keeping a Nature Journal is perfect for any age as it develops fine motor abilities and jump-starts their critical thinking skills. Nature journals connect to history, art, poems, and music. The outdoors is just a starting-off point.
Join Park Ranger Gillian Roberts as she helps us unlock the wonders of nature through art and observations from the trails and the comfort of the Hiwassee/Ocoee State Park. The classes are $2 per child and are suitable for children ages 6 and up.
