American Veterans Post 911, Polk County, Tennessee is sponsoring College and Technical School scholarships for second year college or technical school students who are Veterans, Spouse of a Veteran, Children of a Veteran, or Grand Children of a Veteran. Must be a resident of Polk County. This year graduating high school students who plan to attend college or a technical school may apply, but if approved, will not receive the scholarship payment until entering their second year and must be in good standing at their school.
