This is hosted by the Polk County UT Extension Office, the class is designed for those with little to no canning experience.
June 26 from 1pm-5pm class covers water bath canning.
June 27 (6pm-9pm) and June 28 (6pm-9pm) covers pressure canning,
All classes held at Benton United Methodist Church, 135 Highland Drive. Cost is $20/class with supplies furnished.
