Now through Friday, 10/16: Completed applications must be submitted to your school; applications can also be obtained and completed at the Polk County News office, 534 Town Creek Road, Benton.
This Saturday, 10/17, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Join us at the Polk County Courthouse, 6239 Highway 411, Benton to complete an application in person. This is the final opportunity to apply!
As a reminder, this program is open to Polk County residents only. Children from birth through age 17 are eligible, whether or not they’re enrolled in school.
