Christmas parade entry forms are now available and may be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office at 2009 Hwy. 64, Benton, TN, or may be requested via email to westoffice@ocoeecountry.com. Office hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00-2:00, but feel free to call and be sure someone is in the office (423 338-5040).
Entry fees are $20 for float/towing vehicle and decorated car; $10 for motorcycle and horse entries, $5 late fee for entries after December 1.
NEW this year for horse and motorcycle riders – security wristbands are REQUIRED for liability purposes. These will be distributed when entry forms are turned in and MUST be worn and visible at parade line-up and during parade route. Any rider without a security wristband will be asked to leave the parade line.
All safety guidelines and regulations will be followed to ensure the safety of all participants and attendees. We want everyone to know that in Polk County you can STAY SAFE while you PLAY SAFE.
