Bradley-Polk Walk In Clinic Patients and Clients,
•During this unprecedented time, we are taking as many precautionary measures as we can to keep our patients happy, healthy, and safe. With the uproar of COVID-19 in our community, we have taken steps to further the safety for all of our patients.
•We now ask that you call us before you come into the office. We have a pager system that we can bring to you so that you do not have to sit in our waiting area. If you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, recently traveled, or have had any exposure to COVID-19, we also ask that you call our office to make us aware. Someone will come to your vehicle and bring you inside through a seperate entrance once you arrive in the parking lot.
• To keep our well patients as healthy as possible, we are now offering Telehealth. This is a way for the providers to evaluate patients over video chat. However, this is for primary care/well visits only, NOT acute/sick visits.
•We encourage anyone in need of supplies to contact “We are Polk” at First Baptist in Benton, TN. They are also accepting donations for those of you that would like to help support our community.
