We are hosting a food drive to assist struggling families this Thanksgiving and we could use your help! Below is a list of things we could use but would be grateful for anything you could donate. We will have a tote just inside the entrance to the Bradley/Polk walk in clinic Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
Know of a family that needs assistance and can’t afford a thanksgiving meal? You can nominate them by emailing us at [email protected] with their information (how many in family, food allergies, ect) and they may be picked.
