It is with great sadness that that we have to announce the closing of Elijahs Dream Compassionate Care in 30 days due to health reasons. We will continue to see patients that are on the schedule for the next 30 days and for acute illnesses. We will still provide medication refills. Medical records will be available to send to your new providers upon request. We will not be accepting any new patients during this 30 days. We apologize for the inconvenience and are so grateful to have been able to take care of all of our wonderful patients over the last 2 and a half years it has truly been a pleasure to be a part of your lives and community.
