We are seeking nominations for the Polk County High School Alumni Hall of Fame. Thousands of students have graduated from our school over the past 100+ years yet only a small percentage have been recognized by induction in our Hall of Fame. We have no doubt that there are many, many more who deserve this honor but they must be nominated in order to be considered. Living or posthumous candidates will be considered. Please get your nominations in on or before April 1, 2025 in order to be considered for induction at this year’s banquet. Listed below are the requirements for submitting a nomination.
