Interested in learning how to process your own meat? On Saturday March 27th, Join Blake Rymer of Tn Mtn Farm in collaboration with Forest Fed Farm, for a one day class to learn how to ethically dispatch a pig plus skin, gut, and break down a pig into individual cuts. You will also learn how to post-process, grinding pork, and curing bacon. Lunch will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to tour both our farms. We will also discuss raising pigs, feeding programs and rotational paddocks,.The class will run from 9-2. There will only be 10 spots available, and the cost is $100 per person.
