Hiwassee/Ocoee State Parks has a mission to be your launchpad to adventure! This March if you have any interest in mountain biking, make it a point to join us and get acquainted with a very rewarding way to explore the great outdoors! Through the month of March we plan to teach you basic bike maintenance, show you the necessary equipment you to carry, help you find the bike that fits your needs, and to get outside and have fun! This is for new and old riders. Looking to meet some riding buddies? Come meet some. Need a bike? You can borrow one for the class. This class will cost $10.00 per session. That’s just $30.00 for the month. The final session will be a free 12 mile bike ride on one of our favorite introductory trails. If you have your bike please bring it every week, if not, we will have some available.
