The Polk County Audit Committee will be holding an audit finding review hearing on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Polk County Court House in Benton to review the Fiscal year-end audit report of Polk County for the 2021-2022 budget which was done by the state comptroller’s office. If a county resident has a concern or know of any misuse of funds or any other request for investigation, please notify committee secretary John Pippenger in writing at P.O. Box 511, Benton, Tenn. 37307 or by e-mail at jpippenger@comcast.netprior to the meeting. This and all county board and committee meetings are open to the public.
