Being in nature does a lot for the soul. Studies have shown how much being in nature can impact our physical and mental health in a positive way. The park is here to help. Join Ranger Roberts for our Women in Wilderness series. This program will occur once a month August-October. This program is designed to get women, no matter your age, into the outdoors. Along the way we will have guest speakers, answer any questions you might have about being in the outdoors, and do some hands-on activities. Spots are limited so please register at the link below. A face covering is required for this program while indoors.
