Calling all Members of the Hiwassee/Ocoee State Park Friends Group! We are celebrating all that our Friends Group had done and still continues to do for our park with a FREE Ranger guided float down the upper portion of the Hiwassee River. This is your chance to cash in on your Friends Group Membership and learn more about the Hiwassee River with some of your favorite Rangers.
Our park will be able to provide 10 kayaks/funyaks to members only. All participants are encouraged to bring a good fitting life vest/PFD if you have one. You will need to provide additional tubes or floatation devices for any family or friends who are not members of the group.
