9/26 National Public Lands Day History Hike

9/26/2020 from 9 AM – 12 PM
Our park has a rich history and culture because of our two rivers, the Hiwassee and the Ocoee. Join a Park Ranger on a short and easy two mile hike around the Ocoee Whitewater Center and the Rhododendron Trail. This trail follows along the Ocoee River. Along the way we will discuss the history and culture of this river that has extended over hundreds of years. Please wear sturdy walking shoes and bring along some water. Registration is required for this hike and spots are limited due to CDC guidelines. Join us in hiking through history! We will meet at the lower bridge at the Ocoee Whitewater Center. Please be prepared to $3 for parking.
