Event by Polk County Tennessee Youth Baseball and April Williams

This is an event to help support community youth programs. All proceeds will go to the Polk County Youth Baseball and Feeding God’s Lambs Ministry.
Spectator Admission- $5
We will award FIVE Grand Supremes! To be eligible contestants must enter Beauty, Baseball Outfit of Choice, AND photo Supreme. Contestants MUST also donate a minimum of 10 humanitarian items to be eligible for Grand Supreme.
Areas of Competition:
BEAUTY & SIDE AWARDS (mandatory): $75
All contestants will appear before a panel of judges in pageant gown or floor length dress of choice. Judges will be looking for beauty/glamour & personality (no hair/makeup restrictions, no glitz please).
SIDE AWARDS- these will be included in your entry fee and medals will be awarded for: Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, Best Dressed
Baseball OOC (optional): $15
Contestants will model a baseball outfit of their choice. Show off your favorite baseball outfit! Can be a theme wear or off the rack.
PHOTOGENIC (optional): $10 for 1 or 3 for $20
Age division Photogenic will receive an award. Bring up to 3 photos day of pageant. 8×10 or 5×7 Please write contestant name & age division on back.
GRAND SUPREME QUEEN: To be eligible you must enter: Beauty, Baseball OOC, Photogenic & donate a minimum of 10 items!
5 Grand Supremes will be chosen in age groups: 0-3, 4-9, 10-15, 16-30 and 31 & up
Miss Humanitarian: This will be awarded to the contestant who collects the most items for Feeding God’s Lambs Ministry! Please reference the event page for a list of these items. Winner will receive a Crown, Sash, and gift.
*Director reserves the right to combine divisions and/or grand supreme if not enough contestant entries
