They are so excited for the 1st Annual Four Rivers Family Events by Poppeas LLC and Four Rivers Festival Pageant. They are offering a FREE vendor space to every Polk County Church Youth Program to help raise funds for their youth program. The only requirement is that the church must be located in Polk County Tennessee. This festival is the same weekend as the Hwy 411 yard-sale.
