The Democrat Women are selling chances to win a beautiful Amish Pinwheel quilt to help fund their graduation scholarships for graduating seniors. The tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. You can purchase tickets from any member of the Democrat Women you may know or at the Courthouse in Benton, room 211! The Polk Democrat Women give two $500 scholarships every year, one to Polk County High School & one to Copper Basin High School graduating Seniors. This year’s quilt was donated again by Mona Goforth. Drawing will be at the December meeting.
