Tennessee Serves with TN First Lady at Hiwassee Ocoee State Park

In the month of September, Tennessee State Parks is partnering with the office of our First Lady of Tennessee for a day of service. Join us at Hiwassee/Ocoee Rivers State Park as we begin a new and exciting project for our Storybook Trail! This project is a great way to encourage children of all ages to love reading, our park, and nature. We will be laying the groundwork in order to make this project happen. Please wear appropriate footwear, bring a pair of work gloves, and some diligent volunteers! Water will be provided and you may also bring a packed lunch if you like. We thank you for helping us build a special project for generations to come.
