This is a 2 day event featuring 5 Tennessee regenerative based pig farms and homesteads as well as instruction from a professional butcher. This will be part pig raising intensive and part pig processing workshop. After this event you’ll have the knowledge to raise your pigs in a variety of scenarios as well as fully process the meat for your freezer.
