The U.S. Department of Agriculture has created a national way to report unsolicited seeds arriving in the mail.

Tennessee citizens are now asked to mail unsolicited seeds with packaging to the USDA-APHIS office in Murfreesboro. If that is not possible, a no-contact drop off can be coordinated through that office. Address is available on the form link above.
